I helped to migrate a legacy monolithic express.js application, for a client in the insurance industry, which was deployed on GCP to a microservices architecture app build with Nest.js and deployed on AWS. I have architected and built a GraphQL API to be used by the frontend team. I have also guided junior developers on the team and helped them grow.

We were tasked with developing a SaaS, which had the objective of making accounting easier for our clients. I helped develop one of the core features, namely the file upload, that also had integrated OCR for easier data extraction. I also improved various UI/UX aspects of our service, along with other small fixes and improvements.

As a Full Stack Web Developer, I helped develop new features for internal tools used by Newpharma, the largest Belgian online pharmacy.

I helped in developing tools used for customer support, order refunding, warehouse management, pharmacy management, as well as internal frameworks and libraries, such as our internal API library. I also helped to review code for my peers.

I worked in a multicultural and diverse team, made up of Romanian and Finnish people. I helped in improving and maintaining an internal tool, used by the management for KPI creation, management, and tracking. With my help, the internal tool got a new, modern UI, along with major improvements to the UX.
